The CICADELLA blouse is a pattern imbued with poetry: its volume delicately outlines the bust thanks to the princess cutouts, the outline of its dancer neckline is indented at the nape of the neck and elongates the neck. Its long sleeves with worked cuffs mark this feminine and timeless model.
The pattern provides a very high level of finish and is suitable for openwork fabrics, with the possibility of completely lining the bust, neckline and armhole seams bound with a bias and seam allowances provided to assemble your pieces with French seams on the bust and the sleeves.
Sewing level : beginner for the unlined short sleeve or elbow length version, intermediate for the lined and long sleeve versions. The technical points are the bias installation, the sleeve assembly, the tear-proof slit, the pointed wrist assembly, the gathers.

Light to medium weight fabrics (80 to 200 g/m2) with more or less hold depending on the desired result. Viscose, a fine and supple jacquard, tencel , cotton, crepe, poplin, satin, or twill. For lined versions, choose beautiful lace , guipure and matching cotton voile for the lining .
